We are currently looking to add a Program Coordinator to our Speaker Bureau Management team. This candidate is responsible for executing administrative- and speaker bureau-specific tasks and tracking program information and logistics, continually communicating status to stakeholders. In addition, this candidate will provide hands-on support to Program Management team members in execution of speaker bureau projects.

To be successful, the candidate will need to be detail-oriented and have the ability to organize multiple tasks and work on several programs simultaneously.
We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of program management experience; speaker bureau experience is a plus. In addition, the qualified candidate will be proficient in Microsoft® Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook with an excellent telephone manner.
