Program Coordinator

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC is currently looking to add a Program Coordinator to our team. This position will provide hands-on support in executing administrative and program-specific tasks and tracking program information and logistics.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Satisfying audience accumulation documentation requirements, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all information. This includes Internet research related to participants, ensuring accuracy of participant data, initiating appropriate follow-up for missing information, and maintaining an up-to-date database for each program
  • Ensuring meeting materials are properly and completely gathered and arrive on-site on time
  • Executing post-program activities, ensuring complete and satisfactory closeout
  • Completing all program data entry requirements
  • Serving as point of contact for meeting attendees and client representatives
  • We are looking for someone who has an excellent telephone demeanor and proficiency in Microsoft® Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Candidate must also be extremely detail oriented and able to multitask. Previous experience in program management, medical communications, or with a medical advertising agency is a plus.
