Part-Time Credit Card Coordinator

Health and Wellness Partners is currently looking for a Part-Time Credit Card Coordinator to work 20-25 hours per week. This position will be responsible for processing credit card charges per company requirements. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Downloading and saving monthly statements from Amex and Visa websites for all credit card statements
  • Importing charges into Expense Manager proprietary credit card management software
  • Transferring travel statements, meetings database queries, and ground statements into credit card-specific templates
  • Coding template using emails and template results
  • Entering Account Code or Project Number into Expense Manager from coded spreadsheet
  • Posting to QuickBooks® from Expense Manager
  • Reconciling QuickBook entries with Amex or Visa credit card statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Assuring all credit card records are saved and filed per company requirements
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in QuickBooks a plus. In addition, we are looking for someone who has keen organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
