Meetings and Events Coordinator

We are currently looking to hire an Upper Saddle River, New Jersey-based Meetings and Events Coordinator. This position will provide administrative support to the team that manages all details related to executing programs with logistics requirements.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the team to monitor and track details related to participant attendance
  • Maintaining the calendar of deadlines and critical milestones so that the team can at all times effectively prioritize their work to ensure timely completion
  • Completing all required data entry ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Communicating as directed with vendors, internal staff, and clients on behalf of the team
  • Providing administrative support related to current and future meetings and events

The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail and follow through. Familiarity with CVENT and Guidebook software is preferred. Some travel is required.
