Marketing Operations Assistant

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC is currently looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to work with senior staff on the medical and legal review submission process to ensure that all process requirements and approval deadlines are met and to provide overall administrative support.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Program Management and Editorial Services to obtain accurate submission schedules from start to finish to ensure all deadlines are achieved
  • Managing the creation of “placeholders” and tracking status of references, review requests, and final materials leading up to the kickoff of the submission process
  • Understanding all client standard operating procedures and communicating as needed internally
  • Maintaining and updating all client review committee schedules and standard operating procedures as directed by senior staff
  • Understanding client content management systems, assembling materials and required submission forms, and submitting to client electronic review systems
  • Overseeing and managing the tagging-and-linking process, including maintaining the company reference library and cross-referencing to clients’ libraries
  • Providing general administrative support to the department

The ideal candidate is someone who has the knowledge or ability to learn client content management systems and has excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent word processing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in using software applications such as the internet, FTP sites, and Microsoft® Office applications
