Marketing Operations Assistant

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC is currently looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to work with senior staff on the medical, legal, and regulatory review submission process to ensure that all process requirements and approval deadlines are met and to provide overall administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding all client standard regulatory processes and ensuring the information is cascaded to the internal team
  • Understanding client content management systems
  • Collaborating with the internal team to obtain accurate submission timeline requirements to ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved
  • Assembling materials and required submission forms and entering into the applicable client content management system
  • Maintaining and updating all client review committee schedules and standard operating procedures, as directed by senior staff
  • Overseeing and managing administrative processes
  • Understanding the benefit of metrics and developing impactful reports to assess process gaps and bottlenecks
  • Using knowledge of SQL and VBA codes to create/update Microsoft® Access® forms

We are looking for someone who has the knowledge or ability to learn client content management systems and has excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent word processing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in using software applications such as the Internet, FTP sites, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in CRM submission systems
  • Comfort with technology and intermediate or above proficiency in SQL and VBA codes
