Financial Analyst, Speaker Operations

At this time we are looking to add a Financial Analyst, Speaker Operations to our Finance and Accounting team. This position is based in our Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, office and will manage the financial processes related to speaker bureau programs. Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing speaker payment process in accordance with applicable contracts/agreements and payment structures
• Tracking speaker payments against caps and preparing related client-specific reports
• Serving as point of contact for budget portal issues, and investigating and resolving these issues. This includes coordinating ticket submissions to the data team and completing final quality control checks to ensure no additional errors remain
• Auditing peer-to-peer programs for aggregate spend reporting and resolving all data and database entry omissions for final sign-off

Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented and have a working knowledge of Microsoft^® Office Suite, strong analytic skills, basic knowledge of accounting practices, and good organization skills. You will be successful if you have strong problem-solving and communication skills and a customer service mindset.
