Health & Wellness Partners, LLC is currently looking to add a Coordinator to our Digital Services team. This candidate will provide hands-on support for digital initiatives working with the Senior VP of Digital Services to implement configuration changes and ensure the usability of HWP’s Speaker Bureau portals.
Specific responsibilities include:
In addition, this candidate will execute general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, writing meeting and call reports, developing reference materials and instructions, and preparing screenshots and submissions for medical, legal, and regulatory processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand software applications and perform technical tasks quickly and accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft® Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. To be successful you must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be asked to organize multiple tasks and work on several programs simultaneously. Technical project management experience is a plus.
