At this time we are looking to add a Coordinator to our Digital Services team. This candidate will work with the Senior Vice President, Digital Services to implement configuration changes and ensure the usability of HWP’s Speaker Bureau Portals (portals) and conduct administrative tasks tied to digital programs. Specific responsibilities include:
The qualified candidate will have a strong technical aptitude with an ability to learn and understand software applications, perform technical tasks quickly and accurately, and be proficient in Microsoft® Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Technical project management skills are a plus. To be successful the candidate should be detail-oriented with keen organizational skills and be able to work on several programs simultaneously.
