Associate Director, Client Services – Speaker Bureau

This newly created position will support the successful execution of Speaker Bureau programs. 

The Associate Director will be responsible for:

  • Engaging the client in Speaker Bureau strategy and execution
  • Ensuring Speaker Bureau execution exceeds client expectations
  • Liaising with the internal team and the client on service level agreements
  • Understanding client business rules and how they apply to the retention and growth of the Speaker Bureau business
  • Proactively pursuing new Speaker Bureau opportunities
  • Actively participating in weekly status meetings, providing information/updates for reports pre-meeting, taking notes during the meeting, and seeking feedback on notes post meeting
  • Professionally communicating with the client and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to secure relationships
  • Seeking to improve best practices to remain competitive in Speaker Bureau management and delivery
  • Developing program budget and tracking progress for determining accruals

The ideal candidate would demonstrate team player qualities in all aspects of performance.
In addition, we are looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe® Acrobat
  • Keen Internet search skills
  • Ability to learn medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
  • Experience with budget development and tracking
