Associate Director – Client Services

Health and Wellness Partners (HWP) is currently looking to add an Associate Director of the Client Services Team.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Developing and fostering client relationships, earning their trust through an understanding of brand strategy while demonstrating the value of HWP
  • Assisting in strategic proposal development
  • Collaborating with the client and the HWP program team to ensure successful execution of programs
  • Drafting and reviewing content for program material such as pre-meeting surveys, meeting agendas, facilitators’ guide questions, executive summaries, and debrief slides
  • Communicating the brand strategy to the HWP program team and ensuring that the strategy is executed at each stage of the program
  • Supporting live program and enduring program execution, assuring all components and content are completed appropriately and are consistent with client strategy
  • Traveling on-site to assigned programs that require the attendance of client services, handling on-site rehearsals for clients and faculty, facilitating presentations, and assisting with on-site slide review changes
  • Interacting with writers and participating in medical/legal review
  • Participating in status meetings, taking notes, and providing input on the status of the program

This is a terrific growth opportunity for a college graduate with 1-3 years of related industry experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and strong planning and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong Internet search skills
  • Ability to learn new content and information
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • A strong willingness to work hard
