Program Director, Speaker Bureau Services

We are currently looking to add a Program Director to our Speaker Bureau Services team. The Program Director will be responsible for the company’s Speaker Bureau, ensuring adherence to company and client compliance policies, and providing high customer service levels and accurate reporting. In addition, this candidate must become an expert on company and client requirements and processes, knowing the process stakeholders and leading the team, ensuring each step in the process is executed and information flows to everyone with responsibility for a process step. The Program Director is the point of contact for the client on all work and will manage a multilevel team of employees involved in speaker and peer-to-peer programs.
